The search process at WPA begins with an
in depth discussion with the client to develop an understanding of the
specific position requirements, product lines and corporate personality.
Once the needs and requirements of the position are determined, a
recruiting plan is developed which involves both a file search and a name
gathering/sourcing process to determine potential candidates for the
assignment. Each candidate will then be contacted through a direct
telephone approach to qualify their professional, educational, and personal
qualifications for the position as well as to determine their motivations to
make a job change. A personal interview is then arranged to further
assess the individual's strengths and qualifications.
