Vice President, Underwriting & Asset Management -   Our Client located in Garden City is looking for a highly seasoned Underwriter to manage the full due diligence process on residential and commercial real estate transactions (ex. land loans, construction loans, acquisition financing).  Responsibilities include coordinating the due diligence process involving a number of internal and external constituents, Analyzing risk related with borrower, real estate collateral and overall transaction; structure credit as needed to resolve issues, develop property level cash flow analysis; value assets, market research and performing a variety of asset management functions.  The salary is commensurate with experience.

Branch Manager – Nassau County Lender is seeking a Branch Manager to manage all banking office functions and direct activities to promote banking office growth.  The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years experience as an Assistant Banking Office Manager and possess a 4 year college degree.    Salary is commensurate with experience.

DE Underwriter – Nassau County Mortgage Banker is seeking a strong FHA Underwriter with a minimum of 10 years FHA underwriting experience.  Salary to $80k.
