including the administration and litigation of over 80 estates in
Surrogate’s Court and Supreme Court. Administer moderate to
multi-million dollar estates to assure compliance with applicable tax
laws and to identify post-mortem planning opportunities. Draft estate
planning documents, including Wills, marital/QTIP trusts, disclaimer
trusts, revocable trusts, supplemental needs trusts. Estate litigation,
including objections, settlement agreements, motion writing, 1404

unrealized gains, compliance with Portfolio Interest Exemption, and
other safe harbor compliance. Calculate NYC UBT payments.
Calculate UBTI exposure. Track pending and new tax legislation.
Prepare partner estimated tax payments.
Prepare tax work papers for London Management Company.
Review federal, state and local tax returns and research return
