#172 - Liability Claims Examiner - NYC Carrier seeks a Claims examiner with a Minimum of 5 years experience handling commercial liability and auto claims including but not limited to negotiation, settlement, reserve monitoring and reporting.  The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of coverage issues, premises liability issues, and injury evaluation in the NY Metro Area. Experience with litigated claims is a must and Labor Law experience is preferred.  Salary is commensurate with experience.

Must know both system and manual rating and have strong technical skills.  The salary is commensurate with experience.

#171 – Reinsurance Accountant - Reinsurance carrier with an office in NYC is looking for an accountant with a background in Treaty accounting.  The reinsurance accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly reconciliations, application of receipts & disbursements to the G/L.  In addition will be responsible for processing payment requests & special cash call settlements, reviewing suspense items and monthly aging reports.  The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting /finance and 3-5 yrs insurance company experience.  The salary is commensurate with experience.
