#464 Public Relations Events Manager - Our client, a major luxury products company  is in search of public relations events Manager to plan and organize events for their luxury retail division.  This position will be based out of NYC corporate headquarters.  In conjunction with the AVP of events, responsibilities will include strategic planning, development and coordination of the divisions PR events focusing the Eastern or the Western Region of the US as well as partnering with boutique managers on their PR plans to implement all needed aspects related to both boutique and charitable events. Management of event costs to maintain budgetary parameters, select and monitor all vendors to confirm they are following event details in line with corporate image and planning and coordinating events and then oversee with the Director of Events and boutique managers for final input and approval.  Requirements for this position will include at least three years of related experience-luxury experience is a plus.  Flexibility to travel as needed sometimes at last minute is required.  Salary to $63K
